The gibraltar, a dry short latte - double ristretto espresso foamy milk, has become a favorite drink in our cafes. This printed version of the classic gibraltar glass was conceived by the staff at our Manhattan cafes. The logo placement is used as a measuring tool to pull the perfect espresso shot, allowing the staff to make a drink that is straight to the point.
