Infinite high / low switch controls give you complete command over each burner's temperature.

The Garland SS684 commercial restaurant range's two, full size ovens have a complete porcelain interior finish for better heat retention and easier clean up. Each oven has an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit. Both ovens have a cool touch door handle, which protects your kitchen staff from accidental burns.

These heating elements sit in a 2 deep 5 wide configuration in front of a 10" stainless steel back guard with a slotted black enamel cap. For increased operator safety, this model features cool touch oven door handles and heating element overheat protection, which adjusts element power if it is turned on for 8 minutes with no pan on top.
